Shipping Policy of Mithai Maharaja 

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be instances where a stock discrepancy prevents us from fulfilling all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would like us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.

2.2 International Shipping

Currently, Mithai Maharaja does not offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled within India.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 6 days, depending on the destination.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1- 2 business days of payment. Some shipping aggregators operates Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when operations may be paused. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are minimized.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team promptly to make changes.

3.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and proceed with dispatching the rest of your order.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link, allowing them to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

5. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately. If you were not present at the time of delivery and received a damaged parcel, please reach out to us for the next steps.

6. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted . If you want to change the product , you can contact our team before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.
